Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from Nubova. By placing an order you agree to these terms. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, email us before you buy.
01The company
This store is operated by Nubova, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK 42076373. Contact: hello@nubova.com.
02Orders & contract
A purchase agreement is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or payment fails. Made-to-order items (including engraved and finish-selected products) enter production after confirmation.
03Prices & payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
04Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
05Right of withdrawal & returns
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with exceptions for personalised (engraved / made-to-order) goods. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
06Warranty
Nubova products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights under Dutch law. Normal wear, misuse and accidental damage are not covered.
07Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, attempt to breach its security, or use our content and branding without permission. All trademarks, designs and copy are owned by Nubova or its licensors.
08Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights or access to the EU ODR platform.
