We want Nubova to be the best desk decision you have made. If it is not, here is exactly how returns, your statutory right of withdrawal, and the 100-Night Desk Test work.
01100-Night Desk Test
Use Nubova daily for up to 100 nights. If your setup — or your posture — is not better, email support@nubova.com for a full refund. This is our voluntary promise on top of your legal rights below, and it covers standard configurations in resaleable condition.
0214-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period (a clear statement by email is enough), then return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
03Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — this includes custom engraving and certain made-to-order finishes. Our voluntary 100-Night Desk Test may still apply; contact us and we will do our best.
04Condition
Please return items complete and in resaleable condition with original packaging. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; handling beyond that may reduce the refund to reflect lost value.
05Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund within 14 days using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us. Original standard shipping is refunded; return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty.
06Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable time and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
07How to start a return
Email support@nubova.com with your order number and reason. We will send a return label and instructions.
